Request for proposals for project evaluation – The project “Quality Inclusive Education – Now!” is jointly implemented by three partner organizations – Light for the World, and two local partners MyRight and DUGA – in the period February 2018 to 31st March 2021 and is funded by the Austrian Development Agency, Light for the World International, and Kahane Foundation.
The overall goal of the project is to contribute to further democratization and the creation of a tolerant society that respects the human rights of all citizens through the promotion of inclusive education as a basis for understanding and respecting diversity in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project objective is to improve the institutional capacities of education authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely the Ministries of Education, for the implementation of obligations under ratified international agreements such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and in particular Article 24 of this Convention concerning the right to quality inclusive education.
MyRight- Empowers people with disabilities invites the organization or individual interested to perform an evaluation of above-mentioned project to submit their proposals.
The evaluation of the projects should determine the degree of fulfillment of the set goals and assess the impact of projects on target groups. In addition, the evaluation should identify the strengths and weaknesses of the approaches and methods used, in order to obtain recommendations for further work. In addition, the main purpose of the evaluation is an accountability and communication function, learning is still a major aim.
