The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Bosnia and Herzegovina invites hereby eligible Service Providers to submit their Proposal to support development of the Health Workforce Planning Instruction in Republika Srpska.
The purpose of assignment is to provide expertise to IOM in provision of technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in the Government of Republika Srpska in support of their efforts to harmonize processes and templates used for long-term health workforce planning in Republika Srpska. This initiative is part of the IOM Labour Migration Project efforts to support relevant ministries/departments or other relevant public or private entities, to develop and launch pilot initiatives designed to address identified challenges related to the health sector labour migration issue(s).

Bids must be delivered by hand or through courier mail to IOM Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zmaja od Bosne bb, 71 000 Sarajevo on/ or before 19 March 2021 by 12:00 hrs. No late proposal shall be accepted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall remain valid for sixty (60) days after submission date of bids.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is 20,000.00 BAM (without VAT). Any offer in excess of the ABC will have to be disqualified.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any ex
